Joining BandBookie as a Local Band or DJ  is Completely Free, there are never any costs to you. We operate as an online Marketplace to connect clients with talent to perform at their events. We assume all of the marketing costs, quoting, booking, and deposit payment collection on your behalf!

Here's How It Works:

Step 1: Sign-Up
Fill out the form below with your information and we will add you to our database of local talent. When a client on our website selects the type of talent they are looking for (Full band, DJ, Solo Acoustic etc), and the county their event is being held in, and they match with what you are offering, they will be able to select you to perform at their event.

Step 2: Client Submits Request
Once a client selects your band, we will send them an auto-quote based on the price you have told us you charge for your service. We add an additional amount to the price you charge as a commission for our service, therefore no amount of money is being deducted from the amount you want to charge, ever!

Step 3: We Reach Out to You
A member of our team will then immediately contact you directly with the details of the event of the client who is interested in your services to see if you are available on that date, and willing to play the event. You can either accept or decline, there is no contract or money exchanged with the client until you have accepted the gig!

Step 4: Booking Secured!
Once you have accepted a gig, we will take a 50% deposit payment from the client which goes directly to you, along with the clients contact information and event details. From here you take the reigns and coordinate the event directly with the client. On the day of the event it is in your hands to collect the remaining 50% balance from the client, of which you keep 100%.
